Absolutely more than 5 stars. I started working with Erika because of a long-term, chronic digestive [undiagnosed] issue. I was attracted to her business because she talked about getting to the ROOT of the cause. Something I’ve been trying to do for 18 years. From the start, she was so respectful and kind about what I was going through and had quick answers because she had me do immediate testing so we could dive right in to my specific symptoms, causes, and solutions. Erika is a true professional and has played an imperative roll in my quest for recovering. My energy levels, chronic symptoms, and all the mental challenges that come with that have all but disappeared. And with Erikas support and knowledge, I have an excellent blueprint moving forward for my long term health. I know what to do if I have a flare. I know what mind shifts I need to have in my tool kit so that I can make positive and healthy decisions. Recommend 100 out of 10!

I had hit a breaking point with my IBS and trying to find solutions on my own. Stomach doctors were not very helpful and told me there was no "cure" for IBS and to try a FODMAP diet (which made my stomach sensitivities much worse in the long run) Working with Erika has truly been life-changing for me. Over the past few months that we've worked together, I've seen drastic improvements and feel less anxious/stressed by my IBS. When I originally reached out to Erika I felt like I hit a stalemate in my health journey-- I had heard over and over that "nothing was wrong" or I just had to lose weight and my problems would go away.
