Every body is different, and what works for someone else may not work for you. That’s why I use specialized testing to identify the root cause of YOUR gut issues. It’s the only way to apply the right solution for you and get lasting relief from digestive issues.
Once we have your test results, we will have a review session to walk through your results. I want you to understand the WHY behind everything so you feel confident and informed on your healing journey (one of my biggest pet peeves is when practitioners order testing but never explain what they mean and how they will utilize the results).
We will uncover your specific root cause(s) so you can FINALLY understand why you feel the way you do! We’ll get started on your personalized protocol to address the imbalances revealed by the tests.
Step 3: The Healing Journey
Starting from The Root Cause Reveal, you’ll have 4 months of unlimited follow-up calls with me. This ensures that you feel clear and confident as you work through your protocol.
I’ll guide you through The Balanced Gut Method, which includes nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to optimize digestion, achieve healthy daily bowel movements, balance gut bacteria, improve mineral levels, heal the gut lining, reduce inflammation, and help you enjoy eating again.
Since we’ll meet regularly and work closely together, we can revise and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on the right track. One common mistake people make is sticking to long term restrictive diets to manage their symptoms. I believe in focusing on nourishment instead of restriction. I’ll help you expand your diet so you can enjoy eating again and have less food anxiety.
Step 4: The Maintenance Method
I’ll equip you with proven strategies and tools to maintain a healthy and happy gut for the long term. The Maintenance Method includes a customized supplement protocol, nutrition strategies, and lifestyle modifications to prioritize. And because life happens, I’ll provide you with recommendations on what to do if you ever need antibiotics, get food poisoning or if you need to bounce back during or after travel.
